Fan didn't kick in at this temperature.
Didn't have any water in the expansion tank at the time as I'd just given it a clean, but quickly added water shortly after this pic.

I see, I'll try again and see if it kicks in.
She was only ran for a good 5 mins with no water, didn't let her boil, turned engine off as soon as this pic was taken then filled up with water (because I had only just realised, DOH).
