Anyone handy at this?

I've started to use the Ribbon recently instead of the Classic style workspace. Got a bit of a problem with it. In my Classic style workspace I have some additional menus installed for steel work and drainage blocks.

e.g.

I want to add them to the Ribbon. Is there a way to do this or is it a lot of work?

Probably have to go back to classic style if I can't get these menus to work as I use them every day.

Can't you hit alt and it brings the old menus into view?

Otherwise use CUI to manually drop commands into a new ribbon category - its a long winded job though.

Pressing Alt doesn't work.

They aren't commands, they're blocks so I don't think I could add them like I can commands. And if I could I'd end up with hundreds of icons. I've worked out how to customise the Ribbon with the commands I want but this is a bit different with them being blocks within a menu.

With enough patience I'll work something out but be handy if someone else knew to save me the time!

Oh sorry, didn't read the question properly.

If all the files are in the same library drawing you could use design centre.
Alternatively I think pressing the little downwards arrow next to the new/save icons top left should allow you to 'show menu bar'

Old skool up here mate. Just got off a drawing board.

I've got show menu bar on as a workaround but ideally I would like to get that menu on to the ribbon. Using design centre isn't as neat or quick as having them on a drop down menu. I've got a bit of OCD when it comes to AutoCAD and want it to look OEM+

Cheers for your help though Andy.
