I sold a phone last night on ebay(I'm registered as a business seller) and the person who won my auction paid for the item fairly quickly after the auction ending. He has good feedback 150+ 100% but when he paid paypal have put the payment under review and will not be released for upto 48 hours??
Has anyone else had this?

Yes. Pain in the fucking arse!
You'll have to send the item, then ring paypal to have the money released.
They reckon it'll happen automaticly but it dosent.
Did this to me loads when i was a business seller. Cunts they are.

My bro currently has money being reviewed. It was just a simple refund from a shop....weird.

Why is your PayPal account a personal one if you're a registered business seller on eBay?

Its been held for me when i was on personal too.
When I was using a business account, they held the money for 21 days, and then released it. Now THAT is annoying, especially when it could have been for buying more stock etc!

You have to phone up, and from the phone call they will lift the rule after 30 days, providing feedback is okay and you've got nothing in the resolution centre... Must have been like that for 3 months with over 800 transactions
