I have the powersteering pump & original bracket for the engine which my mate used on his C20LET and said i just use that one.

Sounds as though thats needed to keep your corsa PAS pump. If your using the XE pump then i cant see any reason why youd need it

Thats the correct bracket, it's to use the XE pump

you need the bracket in your link to run pas, the standard c20xe/let bracket doesnt fit

Ive never heard of needing a differnt bracket. Why does the pump need moving?

i had to use that bracket, i couldnt get the pump to fit on other wise once the engine was in the car.

No it moves it closer to the block as to not foul the rad. I've had to use it on my xe corsa

not sure then, from any conversion I have done there wouldnt be room for it.
Can't find anything on google either, as im intrigued 
Be ideal if you dont need a bracket as im sure I will do another conversion at somepoint in the future

Best pic I got of 1 fitted, just brings the pump closer to block, so can fit into corsa, will need shorter v-belt to go with it too

i had a xe that i didnt use the mount but for this u do need to re-route the pipes, i wouldnt recommand doing it without tho, after sometime there known for splitting and can be dangerous known afew that set on fire as of the fluid splattering over the engine bay when running

Heat wrap exhaust then shouldn't need to re route pipes

nah luckily for me when mine did my engine was just switched off and was cooling down. but i did have a bit puff of smoke come from the bay tho.
yeah heat wrap it like jamie said above and that should help. my lets not running pas atm cant be bothered with it all.
