Right this has been happening for a while now everytime i turn theres a clunking sound coming from the front of the car seems to happen more when turning at lower speeds....ive had it into a garage and the guy said its cos its so low which is shit because it was doing this before i got it lowerd any ideas???

bottom ball joint
lower arm bush
worn drive shaft
could even be the antiroll bar missing a mount

Got my mate to have a look and he says it's my driveshafts cos there movin about has this ever happend to anyone?

Sounds more like CV joints to me.

Jacked the car up and wiggled them about and he said it is not meant to move half as much as that and they made a clunkin sound like wat I've been hearing

You sure he didn't wobble the wheels when the car was jacked up to check for play in the wheel bearings/hub?
Also a clunking noise could be the ball joint(s).

Yeah im sure he never wobbled the wheels to check bearings ...
He just said he was sure it was my driveshafts as they were making a noise

Had a clunking issue on my old ep3 when turning. Turned out to be the top of the strut rubbing off the underside of the turret.

Got fk coilies on the front? If so hold the spring and lock the steering over to see if the springs jumping round as oposed to smoothly turning.

Was doing this before i got it lowered on standard springs

CV joint noise would be more apparent coming off load and wouldn't really be a clunk, its more of a load of hollow sounding little knocks as you introduce and remove load to the joint.
Can you isolate it to one thing, ie. if you changed direction three times would you get three clonks etc.

Id say ball joint. Sounds like dust cover has broke and ball is seizing up.
