Nothing to do with me but I seen this story and thought it would be good to share to the car world so that it has maximum exposue.

And yes it's a long shot but if you are from the area and work in the car trade it might be worth a look here:

Going to cause a few ruptions i think, once the driver is ID'd.

Police have already announced in media they want a silver Nissan Primastar / Renault Trafic / Vaux Vivaro? as the model of van.

There is (according to the local media comments) quite an anti-immigration issue around the area at the moment due to anti-social behaviour and other local issues - jobs, housing, benefits etc. Already heard people claiming it must be a 'foreigner' responsible. Shall be keeping a close eye on this one.

I'm from Spalding and worked with Tim at Morrison's for a short while. Of course English aren't immune from committing this offence but you do feel like a foreigner when you are walking round, its like going on holiday to a crap part of Eastern Europe

I don't think I know anyone with a silver van. Hopefully they've got the bastard!

Just imagine if the car driver had of stopped, it could have potentially saved the cyclists life, if he had stopped and called an ambulance immediately..
