Hi im wanting to fit a poly bush kit to my corsa but i wont to no how difficult it is first and how long it will take and most of all do i needed any special tools including presses....Any previous knowledge would be great.Thanks

I have done them just using a stanley knife and hammer. In some cases where they have been stubborn I've needed to use a blow torch to burn them out.

Rear beam bushes - Trim the outside edge lip off one side of the bushes and simply hammer them out. They shouldn't put up too much of a fight

Wishbone bushes - Same as above

Front roll bar bushes. The just simply unwrap off the tie bars.

Front tie bar bracket bush - I will let you know later once I have done some.

Tie bar bushes need pressing in and out

i dint have to with mine, all went in fine, all new parts aswell except tiebars

you only need a press for the tie bar bushes if you car is after 97
you will need some sort of heat aswell and a hamer thats all i used

Mines a 95 so i should be ok.As for heat carnt i use can aersol and lighter?

i used a drill on my rear beam ones and went round it drilling loads of holes as it was stuck solid

How much strip down do you have to do to get to the rear bushes?

Next to nothing, you can leave the brakes, shocks etc. attached, just undo the bolt that goes through the bush, drop the beam out of its mount, swap the bush, lift it back into place and bolt it back up then repeat for the opposite side.
