I have done them just using a stanley knife and hammer. In some cases where they have been stubborn I've needed to use a blow torch to burn them out.
Rear beam bushes - Trim the outside edge lip off one side of the bushes and simply hammer them out. They shouldn't put up too much of a fight
Wishbone bushes - Same as above
Front roll bar bushes. The just simply unwrap off the tie bars.
Front tie bar bracket bush - I will let you know later once I have done some.

How much strip down do you have to do to get to the rear bushes?

Next to nothing, you can leave the brakes, shocks etc. attached, just undo the bolt that goes through the bush, drop the beam out of its mount, swap the bush, lift it back into place and bolt it back up then repeat for the opposite side.
