i dont have the patch coz it wont work and it aint a cheat! its a replaced car and you need to hack into the game to do it using some tools e.g. img tool to add the car itself and multiedit to edit the handling and the wheels and wheel sizes!

no! download img tool from somewhere like www.gta3mods.com. it will be in tools! then follow the instructions in the readme that comes with the cars or if there are no instructions, add the dff and txd files into the gta3.img file using img tool!
