I'm 24 with 6 years no claims and it was £1100 on an m3 evo from admiral, could give them a try

not sure if the insurance would put an end to this but what about a Skyline GTS??

2.5 single turbo 250bhp (I think), RWD, hugely tunable for a reasonable price, and im sure you could find a decent one for 4K.
