Don't see why you couldn't hit 800bhp with the vaux 1600,

Certainly had some money spent on it,

Is there a spec list? (could be stroked etc)
Americans are hitting that with d16 Honda lumps in America?

I'm not saying its not possible, I'm dating they Greek power figures are normally OTT, they are getting 300bhp more than the rest of the world from a 2 litre Cosworth YB.

Sorry, even worse than that lol. 1668bhp from a YB. Most powerful elsewhere is about 1100.

Like a pinto still with the 8v head on it making 350odd bhp :/ n/a!

Thats F1 engine territory

I'm not saying it isnt possible, just saying I'm not really buying it. If it is a true 800bhp (no Nitrous) then it will be VERY top end only and potentially built to take mega revs, there simply isnt alot of displacement (1600cc) to shift a mahooosive turbo.

Yanks normally add an extra few hundred horses on to UK figures too

Hi, I made the Carbon parts for the Opel Corsa Monster Drag Project. I make all my carbon parts with vacuum technology for low weight and high strength, and these are completely new parts and not skinned over with carbon wave. Also I'm not the owner or one of the mechanics, just one of the team who built it, so I cannot answer all your questions about the car.

Answering to some of the questions I read- I can say that the car has many set ups, one is for Dragster, hence the Drag Tires and it's look at the moment.

As far as the 800hp figure I don't think that anyone can judge it without knowing what's under the hood. I can assure you that it's not a Greek optimistic figure, considering the parts, the amount of hours - money and knowledge combined. If you take a look at the engine bay you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm attaching the 1st dyno sheet with 700hp wheel power (not at full boost - and I'm saying again that's its the 1st because after this you begin to make valuable adjustments)
Remember it's not only the horsepower, it's the best combination of everything that gives you the best quarter mile figures, even the tarmac has its role...

I removed the dyno sheet. When I uploaded it I wanted to answer to people who said that it's a Greek optimistic figure...None of them replied................
