Now.... I have 10 days to get it sorted. Is it possible to get ball joints done without need for alignment etc?

Lower front ball joints

Car has been fully aligned by WIM using their own settings and otherwise.... Car is superb for 10 years old.

Its a IS300

I wouldn't think the alignment will need re-done after they are changed so you should be fine. They don't touch them when doing the alignment so switching them over won't give any issue's or knock it out.

Alignment should be checked after ANY suspension work, anything can knock it out, even if the same bitare are going back in the same place.

Sure I paid about £40 with the print out reports of before and after, Demon Tweeks.

Won't need aligning for the test though.

Depends how much is adjustable, for a car with fixed rear beam and just toe adjustment on the front then £30-40 is right, on something with camber and toe on front and rear I'd expect to pay £100 ish

Sourced some genuine ball joints for £106 delivered so gonna go for them then get Gaz off here to fit them before next weekend if possible.

Ill assess the alignment situation or give WIM a call.

Cheers for advice!
