Prefer the Europe one out of them 2, the big windows/doors make it seem a lot bigger. The dividing wall and different levels make it seem as if each part has its own space too which is nice.
Not sure I like the New York one though, as if you could be bothered with setting that bed up every day  , seems as if everything is just through into the 1 room without too much thought, looks very cramped 
Just goes to show what can be done with a small space though.

This is very good use of space in Barcelona, the roof plot cost around 120K alone

Seen that one before, the use of space is very clever and the outside terrace is a great space to have in a city. Only thing wrong imo is the WC which would feel like you are shitt1ng in a wardrobe
