As soon as they said to my girlfriend on the phone that the car isn't fit for purpose and she will be refunded, there was no way we were going in for less than she paid.

We arrived, they offered her another car..I told them there is no chance we will be taking another car from here and we are here for the full refund, they eventually gave us it.
