Just got back from Fishing at Abbotsbury today.
A few of us went down, most of us had a handful of whiting (I've kept one) along with a few dog fish.
My friend managed to pluck out this 13lb monster cod;
It actually swallowed a small rockling which took his original bait (lug), so was very lucky to pick it up.

thats awesome, im of out on a boating trip for cod in feb, only had them to a few lb was getting ling to 9 lb but there not that good eating
