Bought a laptop charger from a seller in london, on ebay last wednesday evening.
They marked it as dispatched wednesday night, although it would've been posted out thursday, first class.
I still haven't received it a week later, even though stuff I ordered yesterday has been delivered today.
Sent the seller 2 emails, one yesterday and one today with no response.
finding it quite difficult to browse the web on my mobile but don't want to order another one from.a different seller if this one then turns up.
Ideas?

does it state on the add how long for dispatch?

Just open a paypal dispute but I think you need to give it 7-10 days before they do anything.

What more can you do other then wait out the time period until you can open a dispute with eBay/PayPal (unless you're in a position where you can do thia already of course)

My girlfriend recently bought a DVD off eBay and apparently was sent first class but took a week and a half to come  . Maybe the post is delayed.

Delivery was for 7-8th december.
Bit past that now 
I would expect post to be delayed around xmas time, but 3 other bits I bought after it have came and this hasn't.
Add that to no reply from 2 emails.and it seems suspicious.

Things can and do go missing in the post.
The seller is probably Chinese and doesn't understand your messages... 
But yes, open a dispute through eBay and go through that process to get a replacement or your money back.

Just opened a case through ebay but it says the seller has until 22nd december to respond.
I can't use my laptop.without it and have asked for.a full refund from the seller, so should I just.buy one off someone else now?

1) are you 100% sure it was dispatched from London? Did you check the feedback of the seller? Sometimes they say London but the items are posted from China.
2) Post system at the moment will be stressed as fuck at the moment and won't be back to normal levels until after Christmas.
3) The seller may be quite busy at the moment if they are a business with Christmas sales, so they may take 24-48 hours to respond. I'd say after 48 hours go down the route of raising a dispute.
By the letter of the law you are able to send the item back (or just refuse it if its recorded) and get a full refund however its never as easy as that.

What a coincedence, received a message from them 10 minites after opening a dispute
Asked me to check with neighbours and local post office.
No thanks, they would leave a card as they always have.

order another from a guaranteed uk seller, if the other comes say it never came and get your money back

i returned a part a couple of weeks ago 1st class, still hadnt arrived 9 days later, good correspondance between me and the seller meant he still refunded me anyway ;-)
