hi there just wanting to findout if i can spray electrical cleaner on the connector that plugs into bk of instrument cluster even though that cluster has stuck n lights on with car not started?????? help needed

As long as you follow the instructions on the tin and let it evaporate before reconnection you should be ok

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
