you're generally sick to death of the company due to the amount of issues you have had with them .
basically acca are utterly utterly cr*p I cant think of a single time where paying them has been straight forward/easy.
problems i have had
- paying over their website, kept saying it had failed (3 times) however took the money out all 3 times, took them nearly a month to refund it back (£300), then had to wait nearly a year for them to f*ck about with their systems so I was actually able to pay it (all the time getting statements saying its overdue), since then I have never/never will use their webste.
- I would say a good 3/4's of the time when i recieve an invoice off them I call them up to pay it only to be told I cant i have to wait for it to come through from a different system.
- I always recieve a statement + snotty letter chasing on the same day despite the statement being sent 'a week before'
- most recent one, rang up and paid my account off around 20th December, check my bank account the other day.... its back in my account as of the 26th and my acca account says i still owe it (oh and they still havent sent anything to tell me its back in my account).

What are you paying for? Professional membership?
They'll remove your name from their database before you know it if you don't pay

Haven't had any problems from CIMA so far, but only just starting out, however TBF their website is shocking, never seen anything so unprofessional and glitchy!

yes, and if you get caught you get brought before the acca and charged with a fine, likely sacking and disrepute against your name not worht it. read the back pages of your mag for examples...
