Does neone know if there is a law stating the legal temperature of an Office environment, as ours is 31 degrees and is unbearable, im sure its illegal?

Its actually 60 for the office I work in, which is totally stupid. We have unlimited supply of water for free though

There is no maximum temperature, just a minimum. Think it is 14 degrees.
