Used to cook when lived with a bird, cooked a but living with mates and at the moment I just eat when I can as I'm working pretty solid days.

Cook all the time. Enjoy it. I do however have nvq's in catering and have worked as a chef previously so perhaps that helps the enjoyment.

ive just made cajun chicken with garlic and herb potatoes. was nice but i cant be arsed faffing most of the time

Don't know how to, don't care to know how to. Find the concept about as appealing as gardening or decorating.

Wouldn't really have the time anyway and am invariably too knackered after work also.

I did the Ratatouille, Saffron Rice and steak from Jamie Olivers 15 minute meals the other day. Took about 20 minutes, but one of the nicest meals i've cooked. And vaguely healthy.
