On the car it says its 345 65L but hat doesn't exist. I'm pretty sure its Rio Verde but why is the paint code on the car non existant?

If you look in the Tutorials & FAQ's Section then there has been a list compiled of all the Vauxhall Paint codes

65L is indeed Rio Verde, what do you mean it doesn't exist? The colour name is never on the car anywhere, just that code which is on the chassis plate.

I know but the code is in none of the lists the 65L bit is but what's the 345 all about?

345 is something else, not sure.
