This. Getting a 2 x 2 m. sheet will prove expensive I believe.
Also, polycarbonate is a fairly soft material. I would think that a 4 mm sheet at that size will be nearly impossible to fix without quite a bit of flex in the center.

I asked you to get me a price without any discount or anything added lee because I know you wouldn't. I was offering you business as full retail price and you still said no.
The frames have already been made at 2X2 as they fit the door purfectly :/. Works out at about 500 for the lot I think to be honest.
Not me that's paying its the boss but the cheaper the better obviously
