Hey everyone...

We are going to be in Singapore for 3 nights at the end of a holiday in September and I'm looking for suggestions of things to do during the day. The nights are sorted as we have tickets for the Grand Prix and will be going to the night zoo.

So the question is, for anyone who has been before, what are the must see or do things during the day out there?

All input is much appreciated.

Been heaps of times now

you wont run short of things to do in 3 days

Have a look at lonely planet stuff for more touristy crap. You can spend a full day on Sentosa Island... easy, take in the cable car ride up the mountain too.

Go to some of the swanky hotels, spot some swanky cars etc

China town, little india etc.... HEAPS!

I spend 1-3months working there a year,
Night Zoo's good,
As is the gp, I was at the end of the start straight last year,
They have the Singapore flyer like a version Of our millennium wheel, that's alright a well an pretty cheap, and can see quite alot,
Trying to think of what else I've done, now adays I don't bother doing any thing.

The zoo was fantastic.

Night safari also good.

Sentosa island.

Go the top of Marina Bay Sands. There's also a casino there.

Raffles hotel bar is cool.

I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental which was awesome.

Go shopping down Orchard. They have cable wake boarding too east of the city next to the beach. Raffles long bar for a Singapore sling. Night safari is really good, Sentosa is worth a look.

As far as Singapore slings go they're not great there, but the bar is pretty cool
