Had a small shoot with an Audi RS3 tonight.
Here's one shot from the set...

This one doesn't really work for me. Thought the first ones were better.

Looks like it's been shopped in there, at a poor level.
Sorry, other set were much better.

they're much better. for a start, the car looks 100x better from the front (the rear end is boring).
also, the ground is darker. in the first set, the light ground makes it look like everythings been photoshopped onto it.

I find the whole car very boring for an Audi RS model.
No wonder they're quite rare

0057 is good, but would have liked the flames to be way more saturated. Other than that, I really like that shot.

Likewise, but I actually had an issue with the flames being quite blown out and over exposed this time.
Fire wick and paraffin gave me a good burn, but a little brighter and hotter than the petrol I used previously.
I used the smallest aperture possible, so about f/22 or f/29, but I think I might also have to use an ND filter next time.

I can see that being an issue, when you need enough shutter time to do a complete round.
ND sounds like the solution here.
Edit to say I bet you can restore a lot of warmth to the flames with a Selective Color and a Color Balance adjustment layer.
Would make them seem less harsh, if they had a warmer hue.

Yeah, the flames are on a separate layer so I can colour them anyway I want.
Here's a blue flame variation...

Looks much better.
Think I'd desaturate the wheels a bit though, looks like they're actually painted yellow/gold in this shot.

Agree with the above about the saturation of flames, 0050 looks spot on.
Might be nit picky but a more uniform spread of flames in 0050 would be better too, I keep getting drawn to the fence behind the flames on the RHS. But I can understand the difficulty this type of photo can hold, you almost have it nailed

quite like the blue version and the second to last one, but on the whole im not keen on the flames imo, dont go with the car as you say its a very bland looking RS model so the flames dont really suit it.
I assume the flames are shopped in? if so how did you get the reflections on the car
