Anyone used these thread inserts? Need to replace all the threads in my block for the head bolts, would rather use a solo insert than a helicoil

Seems its a common thing on the aluminium blocks but can't find much information on repairs from the UK other than replace the block or helicoil. Going to give my local Wurth store a call in the morning and get some advice from an engineering shop I use

The kits are great, use them regularly at my old mans work for exhaust studs, brake carriers etc.
