New Kvelerak album is pretty awesome if you're into sort of thing. Also new GoT season 3 trailer looks neat

After working here a year, I'm finally getting around to facelifting the graphics of our website and getting rid of the mess left by my predecessor.

Whole thing needs a redesign tbh, but I guess a few repairs here and there will do for now...

Screams are a fine art to master imo. some bands do it well, most over do it and ruin it.

Not that I've noticed, no. Why?

I've been feeling dizzy and been overly tired for a couple of weeks. Walking around with a constant buzz like I'm slightly drunk all the time...

Talked to a physical therapist yesterday cause I thought it might be related to my work out/supplements and she asked how much water I drink. I said 4-5 litres a day and she told me anything more than 2.5 a day for a longer period of time can be poisonous and what I'm feeling are the exact symptoms of water poisoning.

I've been having 4-5 litres a day for the past few months...
