Yeah very tunable, just the one in the cosmo is a bit better.

The engines are essentially the same. 13B RE in the Cosmo, 13B REW in the FDs. Both versions are extremely tunable, I just have the RE as it was available when I needed it and it gave me interesting tuning options due to the design differences over a standard REW. Most cars still have the standard engine.

Cheers. If you want big power you can't do it safely on the cheap. The engine will pop without the right setup.

How much has your set up cost or would a similar set up cost? Id probably buy one running that already if i got one

I don't really know, thousands.

400 is normally the limit for standard turbos with normal engines. Quickest way to 400+ is by going to a large single turbo with porting. Wouldn't expect much change from 4 or 5 grand for everything needed.

But 300 is also enough, FDs are pretty light, they don't need huge power to be fun.

If your that concerned about anything expensive breaking take out a third party warranty for piece of mind.
