I used to work for an engineering company called Amey, their graduates start on £22k, I've just moved to a larger company called Atkins and they are offering £24.5k.
Quite a big difference for the same job

Graduate wages for the BIG4 will be around £20k, but with that they through in around £12k worth of training over 3 years(i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA). This will vary regionally, but not by much.
