Zoom in on the pier. The internets seem to be going mad that its a murder scene. I reckon someone at Google got bored and got photoshop out, they seem to like doing shit like that

is 100% two people stood there. Not sure what is on the floor in front of them. But i could do a better analysis

I reckon i can see the very slight shadow of a fishing rod to the right of the shadow of the man nearest to the fence rail.

Not sure whats on the floor, maybe some sort of unhooking mat/sling.

Either that or one of the two people has fell/jumped in, climbed out again, laid down to dry in the sun, walked down the pier and back up to the person against the railings... You can see where they possibly climbed out in the picture just above the big wet patch

Apparently it was on Dutch news, it's two people who had been swimming in the lake, the 'blood' is the wet wood from them walking up and down
