If the ARB in my Tigra isn't in the correct postion would this caus my wheel not to sit central in the wheel arch? What else could be the cause of this? will upload a picture once the missis is home with camera.

Very unlikely, ARB only takes effect when cornering really.

Which way is it not central? Too far forward or back??

Since when has it been like it too?
