Dunno what you call it its 15mm pipe cold water tap at kitchen sink new taps have flexi with bit on the end that's all fine it's the copper pipe end. Think it's cause it's maybe to close to a bend

If its a fitting with an olive in that's leaking you can undo the nut, wrap PTFE tape around the olive and tighten the nut back up. There's also a paste you can buy that you cover the inside of the fitting with and then tighten up.

nothing I can recommend other than just fix it I suppose, if its a solder joint, cut it out and replace it, if its a nut and cone then try and tighten it or tape it up

Fixed it. Took it apart and applied some Fernox ls-x to the olive and nipped it up again no more leaks
