Not quite sure, actually. Did it yesterday during either workout or sex. Didn't really notice it until later, when sat in front of the TV. Hardly slept as it just kept getting worse.

Guy at the clinic said he'd expect the pain to intensify over the next 48 hours... Told him that was kind of a dick thing to say.

Bought an Induction Hob to try out in the kitchen at the pub yesterday. They are cool as hell! Miles better than a gas hob, plus the chef can't leave it turned on
