Getting rid of the 20s off the S8, Bought some standard size 18s, RS4 9 spoke reps, with no tyres

They are 8J, wondering what size tyres they would have on standard? 225 45 18 sound about right? or should I go for 235s? or again 225s front and 235 rears?

Standard tyre size is 245/45 18.

225/45 18s will look TINY as there's not enough sidewall.

225/40/18 is what's standard on my front 8" z4 wheels
Quite a big sidewall so I'd go for that size personally

As gavin said, 225/40 is a veey common size and looks fine on 8'' wide wheels.

Width wise they're fine but the A8 is fucking massive on comparison to the Z4.

Audi specced them with 245/45 18s for a reason.
