saltwater is the best treatment I find; swimming in the sea which can sting like a bitch at first but definitely helps to reduce my dermatitis to levels where its pretty much gone. That and getting outside in decent weather.

Not tried a sunbed but seeing as natural UV seems to help, I would imagine a sunbed would too

I'm actually being serious; my excema is/was similar or worse than your's but its all but cleared up for over 2 years now

I used to have very bad acne and still get a few spots nowadays.

Was on that roaccutain (sp) as a teenager and the doctor who prescribed them recommended holidays to sunny and hot places.

Try to get out whenever theres sun nowadays as the uv rays help clear my skin up. So there must be some truth in it. Just got to be careful.
