Looking at buying wossner pistons for my engine build, they supply the rods too but what sort of figures can the standard rods take?
Will be running ITB's with management, p/p head and cams etc etc.

Thanks in advance

That's the type of figure I'm aiming for anyone know of cheaper places to get them? Forged engine parts are so overpriced!

Best spend the money on decent rods and pistons saves you having to build more than once

They need warming up well before being pushed as you can suffer cold seizures, it's down to the differences in content between forged and cast pistons and the expansion variations in those differences. Generally cast pistons will shatter in multiple fragments if they do go whereas forged usually distort and crack in fewer but larger pieces and are more likely to exit the cylinder.
