replace the shocks if you can. It will be bouncy as hell.

Do they need to be once to match the springs or can I use get standard replacements? If its the latter, the fronts will be fine as they were only done a year ago

He means standard shocks vs shocks created for lower suspension. E.g. bilstein just check ebay. if your going lower than 40mm get the proper shocks
I think you can use any shock aswel mate there is none designed for like 1.0, 1.2 is there?
