I actually agree that the pension contributions should have gone up a little, they were running the pension scheme out of pocket before...

Too many people been covering up too much for too long. Surprised Ofsted don't see through it, the cynic in me says they don't actually want that many failures either because it'll mean change for the sector and that means work.

No wonder Gove has no clue, he probably very rarely hears any truth.


You don't get a months notice anymore, Its a couple of days

Also, OFSTED have redesigned the audits now and its extra harsh as they/Gove want to force schools to go down the academy route.

That's better really, I would think they'll get a truer picture.

Although no notice at all would be better again. Harsh but you'd see what really goes on.
