Well, after my son was born the car ended up with no carpets in and looking like this for a bit;
Water was getting in from the pollen filter housing and through the window seal, onto the speaker then down the inside of the door. Took me ages to diagnose it and even longer to fix it. Tried various things, like buying new weather seals, new window runner seal etc, all to no avail. After getting sick of it, I've not got plastic sheeting behind the speaker so it can't come into the car any more and it's been dry ever since!
In-between fixing the leak, I fitted cable ties to my F23 gear lever to stop the slop, like so;
Got an awesome sticker too;
Fitted 4mm speaker cable through my front door looms;
Got KaYoS to fit some cheap sound deadening, then I set about fitting a piece of MDF to bolt my install to.
Then moved my tweeters to the A-pillars. Fibre-pasted in;
Wrapped;

Then, going back to last year for anyone that is following and remembers this;
Well it finally got finished! Sorta . . .
Also fitted a Mini-DSP in place of the Alpine active crossover;
At some point this year the windscreen decided it would crack;
Radiator fan relay melted it self :haha:;
Lastly, got my widemouth bumper painted that I bought sometime late last year, painted by VVOC's most hated member too :ninja:.
And acquired some HID's from him too;
Along the line I johns_120 sold me some facelift Recaros so snapped them up too, but no pics lol.

Sold the Vectra a few weeks ago to a mate, hopefully he does all the things I intended to do when money allowed. I now have this ;
