^ this.

Possibly a skinny, plain (not patterned) black/charcoal or white one, possibly textured might work.

^^^ This. That shirt isn't formal enough. The collar is too small for a tie really. Sorry.

I wonder if I could get away without one... I actually bought 4 shirts and this was by far the best (especially material wise)

Cool photoshops though, cheers!

It's 2013 there is no need for a tie. I only wear one to funerals.

The shirts I ordered to try were from £20+ but typically, the one I liked the most was the most expensive one! I've got lots of work shirts from Burton's that were £6 for shirt and tie... great deal, but unfortunately none in my size this time around.

If you wanna wear a tie has to be a plain shirt mate

I wouldnt be wearing a tie with ethe shirt u posted, just top button done up. Not sure about the grey suit either, navy would suit the shirt u posted.

It's a casual shirt not a smart shirt . You might as well wear a vest top as you will stand out like a sore thumb . It's not like you can't afford either you can buy some pants and a shirt and tie for less than £60

I like that shirt but as already said, not for a wedding.

I personally think you need to go plain shirt for a wedding.

Said next shirt will be made from polyester, which is about as comfortable as wearing a bag. Plus it will look cheap, and you will be a fire hazard. £60 on a shirt is not a lot.

£60 to not be a fire hazard seems like a good deal to me.
