Anyone else having issues?
Have full 4g/3g signal but no data working. Reset network settings, sim in/out turned cellular data on and off but still no joy.
Been two days so far.
Anyone else?

Yep you should leave. I'm leaving O2 after 14 hours yesterday of no phone/internet. Although TBH I was thinking about leaving anyway, it has just convinced me.

Update, not a signal issue. I had hit my useage limit so they cut the internet off. Slightly annoying but I didn't get charged, then when I was on the phone they upped my data limit to 2GB for £0 so I cant say fairer than that.

Had this for 4 days now... contacted EE and they said to turn my wifi off yeah, that's going to help my 4G. Really hope they get this sorted, pissing me off now.

Tbh turning wifi off could help
Some people... Could automatically be connecting to a hot spot, and because you haven't logged into the hotspot internet won't work.
I'm not saying this is the case with you, but if you don't think it would make a difference, why didn't you tell the person that or try whilst still on the phone)

Have you rung them Kz? Sorted me out in less than 15mins. They have a set of elimination questions to get through to assist them diagnosing things. Like Generation said sometimes you can get hooked onto a hotspot that you have no access to so will stop your internet.
Remember they get 5000 calls a day from people who don't know which end to speak in, let alone fix a connectivity problem.

Well it's started working again today, totally random, nothing to do with wifi etc.
Reckon there was a mast problem round here for a few days as I had a mate on EE who was having problems too.
