Dont know what wires are supposed to go where, anyone got any ideas cos the bloody wiring diagram is an arse to understand

ok sorry about the crap info,

here goes......

1996 1.2 8v spi corsa converted to 1991 2.0 16V redtop from calibra (Multec 2.5 iirc)

any ideas?

I've not done this before so dont really know but.....
The engine loom should be self contained. You just need to connect the Ignition, fuel pump, rev counter, Alternator, a live and the starter.

Might be more......

You'll also need a mpi fuel pump.

heres what you need to make the engine run
black 12v=power for ecu
red/blue thickish wire fuel pump
red/blue thinner 1 fuel pump relay also a 12v
black/red thick wire starter motor
blue/white alternator

all the above wires should match wires from the corsa loom

then you just gotta wiring your dash lights and gauges
