The manufacturer claims the 4-1 manifold with larger bore that stays as 4 seperate outlets until under the engine rather than standard 4-2-1 gives an increase of 10bhp without any other modifications
I'd like to know if these manifolds are worth getting? I'm running an early Xe with a few upgrades like powercap, cosscast head and 10mm mag magnicor leads but internally standard. Will it make any diference or improvement?
Any improved response etc?
Any advice would be great
I don't want to buy if it does nothing

If it's one of the cheap stainless ones, steer clear. They sit too low for a start, and are a lot shorter than the standard so you'll have to fart about extending your exhaust again. You'll be better off holding out for a good second hand manifold, the Type C BTB is the one to go for.
