Right need some advice.

I won in court this year against my ex resulting in me seeing my sons weekly. My dad paid for court which cost a lot but now my ex has stopped turning up.

I spoke to my solicitor and they want £3000 up front to return it to court but I can't afford that can I take it to court and represent myself?

She has breach a contact order granted to me by the judge.

You might have better luck googling the question/issue. It will probably have been covered somewhere before...

Or just post up the question and maybe common sense will prevail.

Get advice from another lawyer.

Solly Attwell will see you right.

No reason why you can't represent yourself, sounds fairly simple.

Assuming we have all the facts.

From previous experience with the CAB, i wouldn't waste my time with them.

They will just look up shit on the internet, then tell you to go get advice from a lawyer.
