I have also checked the two pipes at the back of my engine and they arnt hot

It could be an air lock, set your heater to hot, fill up the coolant and leave it running with the cap off for 15-20 minutes and it'll usually clear.
Is the temp gauge reading normally or is it running cold?

so just to check, you ran the car upto a reasonable temp with the coolant cap off... then turned the blowers on full wack full heat? and that hasn't solved it? hmm, normally works. could be a fucked heater matrix but not really a common problem
