Anyone got any tips for increasing beep test level?

Got 9.9 the other day but need to achieve 12+.

I run half hour every week day on the tread mill at work but wondering if anyone else has any other tips?

I always thought it was called a bleep test.

Try different programmes om treadmill such as sprints?

Loved this at school. Got 10.7 iirc.

Don't firemen do this as part of their medical?

do that thing where you jog for 3 lap posts and then sprint flat out for one.. then just repeat for as long as you can..

Got 12.5 or something at school, second in the year. Would like to think I could make 10 still, but I doubt it

Best way is to download the Bleep test App and practice frequently IMO. Worked for me.
