downloaded and watched the non-edited version last night, a few nice tit scenes and plenty of swearing.

Good start, like where this is going.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS HERE **************

Good so far, i'm watching it on Fox until the last episode when I can download it and have a double episode to finish it all off.

Not sure what I think is going to happen tbh, Vogel is a bit weird, like she's trying to turn Dexter into more of a killer. She's definitely manipulating him somehow.

I'm thinking he might kill himself to end the series, realising that he is in fact a bad person. Or if Vogel changes him into a bad person

POSSIBLE SPOILERS HERE ****************

I'll be watching the last one tomorrow.

Not the best of seasons, but still not awful, I've got dexter on Facebook, and saw a quote from the last episode earlier which has given me an idea of what happens

Not a bad finale, but it doesn't stand out like any of the last series.

I think whole Vogel story has been too boring imo, not enough risk or danger.

Would have preferred to seen a more happy ending with Dexter meeting up with Hannah and Harrison, I don't think it needed the lumber jack scene imo.

The misses wants to sit down and watch breaking bad from season 1, so might start on that next.

Actually really pissed off with the finale, he wouldn't have left Harrison, let alone Harrison and Hannah. The whole point of the last few series was that he was becoming more human and more in touch with feelings. There's no way he would of left Harrison. Should of finished with him "dying" then turning up in Argentina somehow.

The lumberjack scene definitely wasn't needed, they obviously hope there will be more to come from it in the future.

And suggesting that he was saving Harrison and Hannah from him...she's a fucking convicted killer, dexter isnt. He's far worse off now than before. He's abandoned his kid with someone who will be arrested. What a cunt.

Really pissed off with the finale. Made me lose any kind of respect for Dexter as a character.

(Apologies if I've spoilt it for anyone )

I thought it was a good ending

The Lumberjack scene was absolutely required, that was the WTF moment. There has been 3 in the entire show; his missus in the bath, the dude in the freezer in the Church and that very last scene.

Bit of a shame that's it done, was a cracking programme.

Na, the ending was proper shit, he either needed to die with Deb (because he has said so many times that she keeps him together/human) or he should of met up with Hanah and Harrison.

I've spotted a pattern with the last episode of a programme, every single person that watched them religiously hates how it ends....

So many wannabe producers, so little time.

So many opinionated smashed out their minds pilled up to fuck Scottish alcoholics preaching that their opinion is fact, seems to be the pattern I've noticed on the Internet.

Just watched it. Glad they done that with that character because I've hated that character the whole way through, and writers normally shy away from it. The dexter thing, they've left it open. That look at the end was in my opinion to show that he was still the old dexter, which I was saying just before, was a bit ahit they had given him emotion.

Better ending than these shows normally have but I don't doubt they could have done something else.

Thought I better edit the exact details. Left the fatty bit though.

Nobody cares fatty.

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS

After he said that line about always wanting to be 'normal' and how all he wants now is it to stop it's clear that he accepts he's just going to be a serial killer for the rest of his life. And as it's shown everyone he loves ends up getting hurt/killed, so leaving Harrison with Hannah was his best option.

The only thing they left a bit open was the Elway thing, she should of killed him as surely when he comes around he'll notify the cops/marshall service and then she'll be constantly on the run still. Elway was the last person to really know where she was.

They've obviously left it open, just incase for some future reason they decide to do another series. Although I hope they just leave it as it is now.
