It was the final episode of the series last night - really enjoyed this series, moreso than the first as it's been more serious and linking to the various Avengers character films.
This was the only one that Samuel L. Jackson has been in as Nick Fury and at the end, he makes Agent Coulson the Director of Shield. Can someone explain what that means for Fury as I thought that was his position and also if this will lead into the films/Avengers 2 etc.?
