Hi,

I need to find a clip set as I am not sure what size clip I need so need to be able to choose.

Looks like this:



But I have no idea what this type of clip is called :?

Spring retaining clip?

Why wouldn't you just ring the parts dept. at the dealer tho and explain which one you need?

Standard clip for things like intercooler hose.
Any VAG parts desk have them for about 90p each.

No, as they use them in bmw's. Could of just googled c shape clip or something and that is the first photo...

Been to scrapyard, and all the ones I took were wrong shape/size

Ended up going out of my way after work and popping in to see VW parts desk. £1.64 for the clip!

most annoyingly, when I got to my friends garage(where my golf is) he had recovered a Passat(parts car) and that has correct clips that I needed
