http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Apple-iPod-classic-5th-Generation-160-GB-/201129939245
Watching that as it was 99p with a couple of hours to go, but price went up to £46 and then bids were cancelled, then up again to roughly the same, then all bids were canelled.... and seems to have happened a few times...
What do we reckon is happening? The seller getting friends to bid on it to see what peoples maximums are? Can the seller cancel bids himself?

Nevermind, got a reply from the guy...
"The bud cancellation should tell you my daughter dropped it, and accidentally smashed the thing! I can't sell it now, it's in pieces.
Unfortunately, it;s too late the update the auction so i've spend the last 8 hours deleting EVERY bid. I now HATE eBay for leaving me no option to end the auction in the last 12 hours!!!!
exhausted!!!!"

I was tempted to be the nice guy and bid £100 on it, win it, and get him to say it's all paid and delivered etc... then we both get positive feedback.
But then I thought he could be a sneaky cunt and demand I pay, and fuck me over. Being nice gets you nowhere

Feel a bit sorry for him tbh, hopefully whoever wins it will be sympathetic!

He's got no chance of cancelling all the bids! It's going to piss people off and make them bid more and more!

If you did that he'd end up with ebay fees etc and end up causing him more grief
