Ive had 2L brakes fitted to my corsa b for a few years and have recently noticed the right hand rotor is wearing in the middle on the outside face only. Left hand rotor is wearing normal. Ive checked and lubed the slider pins which i thought might be at fault, but no change. Pads appear to have plenty left on them too
Thoughts?

Id be surprised if you could actually get those discs back up to wearing normally. The pads will wear out un-evenly before the disc goes back to being even.
I would replace the discs and pads.
