Anyone know if this is possible in Server 2012?

File server resource manager is great at blocking files of certain types, and quotas for folders, but doesn't seem to be a way of say blocking someone saving jpgs over say 5mb, or video files over 200mb

I want to force sodding users to resize their images!

Anything that will do this?

run a search for files bigger than a certain size and with certain ext, then use that report to email users? long but works.
